When I began Sécosa, insect recipes and cookbooks were few and far between. As a result, all food created for Sécosa’s Instagram came about through a huge amount of experimentating with ingredients and balancing flavours. 

In total, I have tested a total of 320 individual recipes using a variety of insect flours. The photos on Sécosa’s Instagram showcase some of these culinary experiments.
